Shipping Policy – White Fox Apothecary

1. Scope & Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through www.whitefoxapoth.com. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Return & Exchange Policy.
2. Order Processing Times
• Standard processing: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
• Peak/holiday periods: Processing may extend to 3–5 business days.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.
• Custom or made-to-order items (if offered) may have longer lead times; see product pages.
3. Shipping Destinations
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for hazardous materials or alcohol-based items; please provide a physical address.
4. Carriers & Methods
• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion based on service level, destination, and product category.
• Certain alcohol-based or flammable products may be restricted to ground services only.
• Expedited shipping options (if available at checkout) apply after processing times.
5. Rates, Fees & Free Shipping
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
• Promotional free shipping (if offered) applies to eligible orders after discounts and before taxes.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges per our Return & Exchange Policy.
6. Order Tracking
• A shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed when your order ships.
• Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.
7. Address Accuracy & Changes
• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
• We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
• Wrong address entered by the customer: If the carrier returns the package to us, we will reship upon request; customer pays reship charges.
8. Delivery Timeframes
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for standard ground within the continental U.S., depending on destination and carrier.
• Alaska/Hawaii or remote areas may experience longer transit times.
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees; weather and carrier volumes may affect timing.
9. Risk of Loss, Porch Piracy & Lost Packages
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier (except where prohibited by law).
• Porch piracy (stolen packages after delivery) is not covered.
• Lost packages: Contact us. We will file a carrier claim and, upon completion of the investigation, replace the item when appropriate.
10. Damaged Shipments
• Inspect your order upon delivery. Report any shipping damage within 3 days with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• Approved cases will be replaced; refunds are not offered for shipping damage.
11. Hazardous Materials & Compliance
• Some products (e.g., alcohol-based sprays) may be classified as hazardous/flammable and must ship via ground in limited quantities.
• We follow applicable carrier and regulatory rules; certain destinations or methods may be unavailable.
12. Split Shipments & Backorders
• We may split orders into multiple shipments to expedite delivery.
• If an item is backordered, we will notify you with options to wait, substitute, or cancel that item (subject to our TOS and Return Policy).
13. In‑Person Pickup / Local Returns
• We accept in‑person returns or drop‑offs only if pre‑approved by support.
• Contact support to arrange a local drop‑off time during business hours.
14. Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages
• Packages refused at delivery or unclaimed may be returned by the carrier.
• Upon receipt, we can reship at customer expense. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
