All Sales Are Final – No Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Exchanges
Eligible Items: Room sprays and car freshies only.
Conditions:
• Must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
• At least 75% of the product remains unused.
• Proof of purchase required.
Body care and pet care products: Final sale, no exchange or refund.
Exchange Type: Same product category only (e.g., room spray for room spray).
Limit: More than 2 exchanges per customer may result in refusal of future requests.
Case-by-case discretion applies for special circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Buyer’s remorse exchanges: Customer pays return shipping.
Defective/damaged/incorrect items: We cover replacement shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges.
Wrong address entered by customer: We will reship if the item is returned to us; customer pays reship cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will replace the item only; refunds are not offered.
Porch piracy (stolen packages) is not covered.
Lost packages: We will file a carrier claim and replace after investigation.
Other Terms
Gift cards are non-refundable.
We refuse COD or postage-due returns.
All approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
We reserve the right to refuse service for excessive or abusive return behavior.
Governing law: Indiana, USA. Disputes handled via small claims court.
